Had my light out at 10:30 last night! lol I know it's only 30 minutes, but it did make a difference! Anyway, eating going great. I got in 90 oz of water yesterday, so woohoo! Food still going good--no cheating. Planning a salad from Wendy's tonight. Just can't decide which one. I want to try to avocado one and the nutritional count is very encouraging. I just don't know if I would like mashed avocado in my salad. I've had sliced avocado and it was good. It shouldn't be that big a difference, right? Anyway, here's to another good day! Oh, and the scales this morning showed me down 6.5 lbs for the week!

I decided to go for it and it was delish! I got cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack (I can't eat a lot of spice with my reflux) and had fat free ranch instead of the southwestern ranch. They also forgot the bacon, but that was okay since I splurged with bacon for breakfast. It was so yummy!! The avocado made it so creamy and delicious! I will definitely get it again!
