Just got off ctx video...good Tuesday morn..did an hour ride..600 calories burned..146 ave heart rate...just a workout ...to burn the fat stores...still in fasting mode...did get over 3500 in steps yesterday..first day ive tracked them..so like anything..always wanting to do better...need to get salad and whatever else I plan to eat set up still..

25 outside..14 wind chill...with weather advisory for tinight...think they are calling for freezing rain..yuck..so..might be inside tomorrow...wait an see..

had planned on layering up later this morning and doing a short ride...yeah I know..you get on bike..no such thing as a short ride..but when there's a wind chill...it does factor into it..

well..cant burn calories sitting in recliner...so time to get up an move it..

They are calling for freezing rain here, I am not happy about it!! I hate cold weather!!

this last week I've gotten more serious with my woe and fasting...spring is getting closer..and being lighter in the saddle..means less weight to get over what few hills are on my routes...

Yes, Spring is rolling around fairly fast this year, it seems. I think we all better get more serious if we are going to put on those speedos and bikinis. LOL! (not me, of course.... those other peeps).
