ctx..hit workout..goood Monday morning. .9..wify wind chill 2...no ride outside today...no way...instead turned on tv...did a you tube ctx workout..hoping laptop is fixed today..im having zwift withdrawals..for sure...

already have salad set up for later...got chicken thawing for prep later...on top of it all..still in fasting mode...be eating about 9am..then back into fasting mode once again...doing omad...is rather easy..once you eat everything at same meal...your just in a longer fast state..burns more of the fat storages...

well..need to get back up..put swears on..body is cooling off ..
