Don't know much about that one, but hopefully rest and time will help. Hope it's better soon!

Freeze a bottle with water and roll it under your foot. Also lay a towel flat on the floor in front of a chair, then use your toes to scrunch up the towel towards you. Most pharmacy stores have slip on arch cushions that help a lot! Rest, stretch, and walk around the house without shoes.

WMN -- does picking up marbles with your toes work for this, too? I was given that exercise for a foot injury once, but it wasn't plantar fascitis

Ugh! Have had it and it was so tender and took time to heal. Planting palm of hands on a wall and doing calf stretches offered some temporary relief. Rolling a tennis ball in the arch of the injured foot you or a food can also helps a bit. I was referred to a podiatrist who molded and made orthotic inserts for my athletic shoes. An over the counter velcro strapped boot was recommended for sleeping to keep the arch extended. Didn't much care for that. Got tangled in blankets mostly. Was not to carry more than five pounds on the affected side because that added pain and stress on the affected foot. It's an annoying injury. I hope yours heals quickly.

Had it in both feet at the same time, had custom inserts fitted, boots for bedtime, did calf stretches. Only thing that fixed it was acupuncture. Pain relief was immediate. Stretching is still important though. Good job on the calories!

I've had a few friends that have it as well. They still lift so hope you are able to drive that. Running is out for them though ... You are doing great, I saw you lost some weight, that's always a win!!🎉💜

I had it in both feel after I took Accutane. I never really got over it and learned to always get the most comfortable shoes. Currently wearing Easy Spirit Traveltimes sneakers. I can walk a long way in total comfort.

I used to tape my feet 👣, I know it sounds wrong but it works when I would run.

Been there. Got properly fitted orthotics. See a foot Dr. Worth every penny. My feet were cured! Also, remember to replace worn sneakers regularly, that’s one thing I never used to do and now I will always do.

Good stretch for plantar fasciitis. While sitting, bring your foot to a 90° angle with your ankle. Point your big toe down while spreading your toes apart. Hold for 10 seconds (if possible, hold til pain releases) do this as many times a day as possible...within 2-3 days to you will eliminate the pain. I had P.F so bad that my heel hurt up my ankle as soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning (right foot). My Dr wanted to cut the tendon to release the pressure...NO WAY!! I found this stretch on line and figured it was worth a try. I have NO PAIN now! And if it does act up...I just do the stretches for a couple days.

I have it off and on in one foot. Rest is best although it sucks. Currently working on the muscles in my feet and trying to rotate barefoot shoes into my life. Mine is tied to my hamstring, go figure. Stretches. I don’t know that it cures it, but I have a small massage gun that feels amazing when I do have a flare up.

That is not fun and hate it when it messes with our workouts but it sounds like you are making the most of it and still getting in some exercise!

I had plantar fasciitis before and used foot baths in ice water and frozen water bottles to roll my foot On. I actually did both feet because it felt so good. Also make sure you stretch your calf a lot. It helps a great deal.
