I am struggling too! My daughter and I made all of our annual Christmas goodies to give away on Sunday. I was extremely bad the day we made everything and I need to get everything out of the house so that I am not nibbling on them. My trainer is not supportive as he shows no emotion so he will just say to focus and get back on track. It is so easy to turn to comfort foods when you are dragging too.

Yeah it is that month. I will be making some as well soon. They do their thing but we will be OK in the end I think

I am in a similar boat, however, unlike last year when I gave up and gained #10, this year I'm sort of continuing the banging my head against the cupboard and drawer. At this point I am only slightly up. Hang in there, you got this!

I don’t think that one or two cookies will kill your diet as our nutrition is based on long term goals. It’s ok and don’t beat yourself up over it. As the saying goes no crying over spilled milk. Also my motivator is clothing. I have a little black dress I have and want to fit into again and that motivates me to put down that cookie and push extra hard in the gym. You got this ❤️

You have been doing this for a while now, and have been successful over the long run. I have no doubts that you’ll be back in your routine in no time. 👍🏻😊

The nutritionist is YOUR advisor. Doesn‘t matter if she‘s happy🤔

I feel your pain, too! The Holidays are too difficult to resist all the goodies! I was shopping for gifts, got tired, & hungry, and decided to pay & go home for dinner. I got to the register, & of course, there's a display of fine chocolates, etc. So, with my resistance down, I bought Lindt bags of white chocolate truffles because they were 2 for 1! (Also, because I love them!) But, I'm limiting myself to a serving (3 truffles) & absolutely savoring them! I'm doing the same with my (Blue Almond) egg nog. I'm trying to stay within my CICO (calories in/calories burned), plus I'm trying to walk more. That doesn't always happen, though. But, in my experience, it's better to do this - having a little bit of goodies, but stay on the plan - than give up & go off the program. Last year, I gained about 20# after the holidays (from Halloween to NYE)! So, I think with work & intentionality, I won't do that this year. I may gain a bit, but I can lose that in Jan. I'd rather do that than feel deprived & left out, personally. Hopefully, it'll work for me, and maybe you too. 🙏💕
