Interesting that average weight is up ever so slightly but average BMI dropped ever so slightly. 🤔 Thought we shrunk as we get older. 🤷‍♂️🤣
155.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx CJo !! Maintenance has been pretty easy for me as I follow a process & log everything. Still have work zo do but not on weight side.
