here we go again this stupid ass yo-yo crap I'm just about ready to give up I don't get when I don't care anymore ☹️
239.1 lb Lost so far: 260.9 lb.    Still to go: 89.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it 💪 maybe you need a break from trying to lose, and you could try maintenance for a few weeks to give yourself a mental break. We're all rooting for you!

Are you using a scale? Because sometimes that can be tricky when muscle weighs more than fat. Or water gain. Have you tried using measurements instead? Waist & hips, etc.

I was doing the same, but kept at it and the needle is moving slowly in the right direction. You will have fluctuations, just resolve to be more accountable and keep doing the next right thing. You only fail if you stop trying.

Please don't give up! You're one of my heroes. You've probably just hit a plateau. That happens, sometimes for weeks or months. Let your body hang out a bit at this (these) weight(s). You've lost so much, maybe it's just trying for a little equilibrium before you start losing again.

I’ve been yoyoing since covid hit. I no it was fear that drove me. Well I caught the crud and I’m still here. Ordered a new scale because mine is a piece of crap. Hang in there hunny we can do this
