I stock up on fruit so I can eat that instead of a bowl of cereal or something else that is easy to overeat.

『Tips on how to suppress hunger』 The main causes of hunger are "when blood sugar levels fluctuate wildly" and "when there is a lack of some kind of nutrition. 1・Increase your intake of fiber-rich vegetables even more than you already do. 2・Drink warm water 🌟3・This is the easiest and most important 'increase the number of times you chew when you eat.🌟 Hunger is 'controllable by everyone. You will be able to control it. |つ°▽°|つ)ペシッ Let's enjoy the hunger together.✨ ▽<|ノシ

from my own personal experience; smaller well balanced meals spread out every few hours seem to help me not be so hungry, but if you're in a decent deficit you're going to be hungry no matter what. your burning more then you're taking in... there's no getting around that. just keep plugging away and the weight will eventually drop off.

You guys are the best. Embrace the hunger and eat a piece of fruit lol! I think a 3pm string cheese and a few grapes will do me good. ❤❤

I agree with Rick. When I lift heavy I am starving all day! Smaller, protein heavy meals work well for me.

If you can have nuts, a handful can work wonders.

I’d say more protein. More water? Or eat more. Numbers mean little when you’re lifting heavy. And you know what? If you’re adding muscle, 140 with muscle will look better than 132 with less muscle. 😍💪🏻♥️

How many calories a day are you eating?

Thanks Diana, Aco, Miss, and Wifey! I started at 800-1000 to drop my first weight, then 1200, now up to 1600-1800 since I have been regularly lifting for 4 months. I agree with Diablo, I think a second protien shake in my day will help since it's low calorie and filling. Sometimes it's hard to eat light on the weekends since my husband and I eat whatever we want and that usually includes drinks and pizza. If I can focus on my weekends not setting me back that will really help. I appreciate the advice! We're all in this together ❤

I found, the more I was lifting and developing muscle mass, the hungrier I got, the expression, feed the muscles, was so true for me, like some others have already suggested, I would say more fibre rich foods as that’s what helped me. Good luck 🤞🏻

Also, don't underestimate how much muscle you can gain. maintenance calories would allow a recomp. Bonus, the heavier you are, the higher your burn. I never thought that I would look this lean at 200 pounds.
