Im very irritated today. My weight is "up" even though my day was pretty much 100% on track. Ive got the DOMS bad though, and TOM is supposed to be here any time so those two arent helping anything. Im not just irritated with that though, people just suck. Im sure its also due to TOM, but Ive had my feelings hurt a couple of times this week, and my lack of control over certain things has been a tough pill to swallow.

The only thing I can do is keep truckin. So here I am, head down, moving along.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
