Support and encouragement --- No negative comments on here
I can't think of one thing to tell you, except keep at it and see if the weight starts to come off. I have lost and gained the same 1.5 lbs. numerous times in February. So let's hope March is better.

Zero Carb Pasta Recommendations
I might give those better than noodles a try. Will look for them at the store and make some chicken soup.
