Up down up down ....That's ok...just finding some balance in maintenance by weighing "once everyday" . Sometimes it is off-putting. (like yesterday's weigh in). But today... is a boost!!! Do not want to forget where I came from. Thanks to all ...I just never feel alone....coming here...the support is the best thing..💞
