Seeing results..I am more focused..positive energy to everyone...the scales are showing loss..and the body fat is decreasing as well..win win..and my muscles are getting stronger in the process...

My zwift ride yesterday..was another one of those rides..that when I looked back at the stats..my ave speed is increasing..my miles are just clicking off...my route was Farley flat..but first part of this week..wanted to get miles in..then add elevation..can easily hit over 10000 in elevation this month..not trying..and I use to shy from elevation and now find that it only makes you stronger..

Higher temps today..rain tonight and tomorrow..wash this ice an snow away once again...but as always..more cold air coming...

Same plan today ..zwift for my workout...to cold and nasty to ride outside...still ice on roads..course in zwift today is nyc..so will be climbing hills..and getting elevation...I can do the hills..it only makes me stronger...

Welp...journal is once again finished...morning chores still to do..then later..get my workout done and on Strava...that way I can compare my rides all the way back to last year if I choose..to see my accomplishments...
