Positive energy to everyone...I am consistent and I can achieve my goals..totally in my zone once again..taking 2 days off to rest and allow my body time to get much needed rest..showed me yesterday on zwift that with right before hand planning hitting 30 miles could become a weekly ride..first 20 miles came at 1:12..but not having the right energy..at mile 24..I had 1:30on time..could tell I was slowing down...with each ride I see improvements...

Did go out to clean off porch yesterday..but once I seen the ice layer under the layer of snow..decided best thing to do was leave snow on top of ice...for traction..don’t want anyone to slip or slide...

Another loss..not a lot..but I know fat was part of that loss from my scale reading..actually I can tell the fat on the sides of belly are disappearing...and the thermo bibs I tried on yesterday..went on easy compared to the last time I tried them on..no I’m not doing any outside rides..but was curious as to how clothes fit...

Crispy 12 ..wind chill 2 above...a high of 27 today..46 tomorrow...and then..we’ll. Another storm moving in..way I look at it...having indoor training gear...is great..l

Welp..mind is clear..meditated while ago with Eric ho on you tube..feeling fantastic..zwift ride later...not sure if it’s gonna be a hill workout or just a ride..I know..or almost sure it won’t be a 30 mile ride..body has to recover from yesterday..

Positive attitude brings about change and accomplishments...
