Positive energy to everyone...at 5 am..when I finally got outta bed...my journal for today was blank...I had no thoughts on what to write about..was a clean slate...my journals are a lot like releasing weight..the thoughts or ideas come when they want...

I weighed in this morning..showing another loss..yes I’m happy...if it continues..and I’m sure it will in one form or another..because along with zwift and having a goal to reach...I tried something different in the way I chose to use my calories..yesterday and the day before I had my protein shake that I normally have after my ride..during my ride..and after my workout..it was ice cubes...I regularly suck on ice cubes thru the day and even at night...if I get up and I’m thirsty...stick one or two ice cubes in my mouth..depends on ice cubes...and how big your mouth is...

I’m almost sure the zwift rides..and burning off almost 600 calories in 90 minutes is also a factor..it’s not just one thing...

I’ve also started listening to ERIC HO....he also talks about meditating on you tube..meditating is just calming your mind...for as long as you can...last night I felt so calm..my mind had bo thoughts going thru it...tv was off..was nice and quiet in room...I’ve learned tv is for noise..not a lot on it to keep me amused anymore...

Got chicken prepped yesterday...so tender..falls apart ...just right...

Rode zwift yesterday...not sure if I’m riding today..or resting..need the rest..but want to ride..just have to see what happens as the day moves along..

Rain tonight...snow tomorrow...1-3 is what they are saying..tomorrow will know...

Positive day to you! Why not drink water if you are thirsty? Help out your kidneys! Flush out the fat, etc. etc. You know ... there was a time when I sucked on ice cubes ALL the time. I didn't leave the house without them. Took them to work in an insulated container. I found out I was anemic. Once I took iron pills prescribed by the doctor the ice cube cravings just went away.

PS.. I became anemic by eating Ibuprofen all during the day for foot pain. I worked retail and we weren't allowed to sit down. My arches fell. Painful! The pain killers might have done the same thing to you. Just a thought.

I hardly take anything anymore..no pain....as for water..i do drink water..tea...thru the day along with the ice...just like the slow release of the water from the cubes

Okay. Thought maybe you just had to have them like I did. It's a weird thing to crave. I heard some people crave dirt when anemic. LOL!

I was on Ellie yesterday and I had a wee bit of that ol' high feeling ... I went over my usual 30 minutes and was breaking a sweat and just coasting along. I thought "hmmmmm - it's just a hint of what I might be able to achieve if I push myself a wee bit more".
