Positive Thursday...raining here..next winter storm is getting closer...got up at 4am...listened to my meditation..woke up at 6...guess I needed the extra sleep...since I’ve been meditating every day...I have been sleeping for 8 hours...not sure if it’s that or the longer zwift rides...but something is working great..

Decided yesterday since my rides are getting longer...and my legs and body is also getting stronger...to dream big on a ride...plan is to do it on April 13 th...or close to that day...so..hills and longer rides on zwift in my future...

Have noticed from weighing in...and looking at all the feed back..my fat intake is slowly going down...once I got off the bacon and any other fatty food I thought I could eat on keto..everyone’s body burns different...would be so easy if....

Not sure if today is a ride day...or a recliner day...I do have prep to do..outta chicken....ate last of that in eggs while ago...so prep day for sure...

Welp...positive thoughts to everyone...if you send good out..good comes back...

I don’t know where you live but when the weather becomes a little warmer you might try to find a century or half century ride in your area. In the past I belonged to a riding club. I did the half century a number of time and a century just once— Anaheim to Sandiego— 100 miles. Lots of fun but a butt kicker for me.

Thanks Kenna..Illinois...50 Miles wold be a butt kicker for me at the moment...nice thing about spending the $$$ cha Ching...no more riding in cold weather..rainy weather..too hot to wear clothes weather...you just go into fitness room crank up some moving on music..click on zwift on the iPad..turn on the 2fans...and ride till the energy level is sucked dry....lol...

Zwift ride..21.1 miles..1:19 on time...446 in elevation...wasn’t in mood to climb hills today..554 in calories...

I’m California spoiled. Our weather typically is not an issue. Right now is a little unusual, raining (OMG we need it) and “cold” 57 degrees. I put my summer bathing suit away and now have my winter one out and think I will go to storage and get my— article suit out—- fur lined. Heheheehhe

I use to ride outside..would get layered up..insulated riding bibs..gloves..face mask..then I bought kinetic smart trainer 2 years ago...only way to go...ride my road bike year around...

Infinate waters on you tube is what I listen to....now if you if you have a Fitbit..or a cell ...10,000 steps might also make you sleep better...along with a 21 mile ride...one of them things is definitely causing me to stay in bed 8 hours....lol
