whoohoo about to crack below 175, can ya feel it, can ya feel it? I am really liking cooking on the charcoal grill better than the gas. maybe because it's not as hot. I build a small pile of coals and cook off to the side. meat is cooked perfectly. have a good day everyone.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mvan33 yup, mostly carnivore. Today I had a great soup with chicken turkey and pulled pork, I had some cream cheese, a little goat cheese, sometimes celery for crunch. Ez 👍 no inflammation! Oh and bakers chocolate with xylitol and butter melted and cooled. Great dessert that doesn't affect blood sugar. Sometimes heavy cream in coffee. I'm not a big coffee person. All keto

Mvan33 go watch dr berry videos on YouTube, specifically the diabetes ada video. And all keto videos. Also Jason fung. Easiest diet lifestyle ever. I only log food now too keep track of food intolerancees. I didn't weigh anything today, it was all just eyeball good guesses. Eat till satisfied. 😋 🍴 I'm MUCH HEALTHIER than a year ago. I could barely move a year ago.

Charcoal is the best you will never go back . I converted my husband . My dad cooks steak - or any meat like Gordon Ramsay only the best!! Charcoal all the way:)

Ya know what really stinks is I weighed less than this when I was nine mo. Pregnant.... I have more than one child and I have never weighed this much oh well keep trying - got a scale bummed because I wiegh more than I thought I did I:(

I scrolled past the last few entries quickly and it said: "You need a smoke, a 60 pack..." And, I thought: "What?" So I went back up and re-read... Oh, a "smoker" ... for cooking meat ... got it.
