BMI...good Monday morning...one of many features on my new scale...

Draglist gave me a formula several years ago..but I was to lazy to figure it out...now my scale does it for me...modern technology at times is an advantage...

I did a search on google for BMI and decreasing with weight loss..and ended up on livestrong web site...

Slowly but surely the weight is coming off...the fasting..and the Omad is all working nicely....no I’m not starving...for the first time in years..my body is learning to burn weight off as it should...my insulin resistance...is becoming better at working like it should...

My 2 cents for the day...

Walmart this morning...a haircut...and then about 1or so...be a zwift ride...gotta keep them legs moving to keep the Fitbit counting steps...

Have a great Monday....

Thank you draglist....

Everyone needs to find that sweet spot. I just read on the Livingston site not to eat less than 1400 calories ... would that be for a man, I wonder? I can do okay with 1000 - 1200. I seem to maintain at 1400 - 1600.

We are all different. I was just saying what I learned about myself. You are my exercise guru. Don't sell yourself short. 😉

So nice to hear. I am just catching up on the advantages of fasting. I read Jason Fung's the Obesity code and it was very good. Snacking is a problem he says. Fewer meals are better

Struggle sometimes is good for me...I developed persistence because of it. Lately, "struggle" means to me ...the beginning....or ...renewing...of my goals. Just keep up the good fight!
