Happy Tuesday!
Good morning everyone, how are you all doing with your/our lifestyle change? I'm doing good, I had to go on a liquids fast for day and the scale went down Yay! for that, today is the day I go and have my colonoscopy at 11:00, pray that they find my vein for the IV, and for a good report, thank all of you, and have a good rest of your/our day. #ImThankful

245.8 lb Lost so far: 209.9 lb. Still to go: 245.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

oh, dear... I'm on the same plan. My procedure is Wednesday though. It's nice they have tests like this for our health! Hope yours goes well.
