Celery is good! It is keto, and it is almost all fiber. Broccoli, kale, spinach, and the like are all good. If you can watch some videos by Dr. Eric Berg, his version of keto doesn't even count vegetables.

Some nuts are good. Romaine is good. I eat jicama often. You can also incorporate flax into the diet

Before you explode and become angry and hostile toward me, I want to tell you that the purpose of my question is to understand your approach... Here is my question: Are you using a systematic approach that is based on science? If you use a systematic approach that is based on science, then, you will rapidly burn-off the excess body-fat that is stored in your fat cells. Dr. Michael Danzinger, the medical doctor and weight loss consultant to NBC's hit TV show, The Biggest Loser, says, "In theory, one could drop as much as 20 pounds in a week. The truth is that nothing is wrong with losing weight rapidly -- as long as you do it the right way." You should find a body-fat reduction system that is based on science... A science-based system will SAFELY burn-off 20 pounds, or more, of excess body-fat in a month. ...And, please notice that a science-based system focuses on reducing excess body-fat and not on simply losing weight. I encourage you to continue your search until you find a science-based system to burn-off your excess body-fat... Also, remember what I told you about your genetics in that private message dated 10 November 2018... You have a GENETIC ADVANTAGE in your quest to reduce body-fat and be healthy...

I think some people have studied biggest loser contestants and found that many of them have severely lowered their metabolism Here is quote from https://www.health.harvard.edu/diet-and-weight-loss/lessons-from-the-biggest-loser In a 2016 study published in the journal Obesity, researchers followed 14 contestants during and after one season of the show. Contestants experienced drastic weight loss, losing an average of more than a hundred pounds each. By the final weigh-in, contestants' leptin levels had plummeted, so that they had very little of the hormone, rendering them constantly hungry. They also had a slow metabolism. In other words, their thyroid function—which governs metabolism and many other bodily functions—had slowed. Over the following six years, the combined effects of these hormonal changes conspired to make the contestants regain much, if not all, of the weight they'd lost. But the truly shocking part was that their leptin and metabolism levels never rebounded to what they had been before the show. In fact, the more weight a contestant lost, the worse his or her slow metabolism became. This explains why weight regain was inevitable, even though they were eating less food than ever.

Before I posted my comment, I was concerned that someone would infer that I was recommending "The Biggest Loser" approach to reducing body-fat... That inference is INCORRECT... I am NOT recommending "The Biggest Loser" approach to reducing body-fat. Instead, I am recommending Dr. Michael Danzinger's approach: "In theory, one could drop as much as 20 pounds in a week. The truth is that nothing is wrong with losing weight rapidly -- as long as you do it THE RIGHT WAY." ... "THE RIGHT WAY," to which Dr. Danzinger is refering, is SCIENCE-BASED. ...The "RIGHT WAY" eliminates ALL of the side-effects that "The Biggest Loser" contestant experience...

Here is some science showing that rapid body-fat reduction is SAFE and EFFECTIVE: (1) https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMsa1208051 (2) http://sciencenordic.com/researchers-rapid-weight-loss-best

@Afurakani I did that 4 years ago, when I first started looking my weight, and you right I didn't have any complications, until now, since I been on my low carb lifestyle, that limits a lot of foods, that I now have to put back into my way if eating, so after I have my colonoscopy this morning, I will return back to that way of eating, thank you and you have a good rest of your day.

Can you clarify your statement? ...You said, "I did that 4 years ago..." ...Do you mean that you used a systematic approach that is based on science? ...If that is what you mean by "I did that 4 years ago," then, can you tell me the name of the science-based system that you used. ..Let me give you some examples of what I mean by a SCIENCE-BASED weight-loss system. ...Here is a short list of what a science-based weight-loss system can SAFELY do for Retta Smith: ...(1) A science-based system for reducing your excess body-fat will burn the body-fat that is stored in your fat cells; it will use that stored body-fat as a fuel source to power your body. ...A science-based system consistently uses stored body-fat to meet your daily energy requirements; this one way it makes you become lean (low percent body-fat.) and HEALTHY. ...You do NOT have to understand how to do this; a science-based system will DO IT FOR YOU! ...(2) A science-based system will identify the one single crucial element that is missing from virtually every weight-loss program on the market. ...(3) A science-based system will SAFELY burn 3,000 to 4,000 Calories of your excess body-fat per day. ...(4) A science-based system will SAFELY burn-off 24 to 32 pounds of your excess body-fat in 28 days. ...(5) A science-based system empowers you to AVOID the one piece of BAD ADVICE that most weight-loss "experts" are giving you. ...And, (6) A science-based system will do all of that (items 1 through 5) WITHOUT drugs, supplements, stimulants, or surgery, and, without going to the gym... /// ... Also, let me clarify my comments on The Biggest Loser: I was NOT suggesting that you use a "Biggest Loser" approach; the "Biggest Loser" approach is NOT based on science...
