46... light rain..one of them off and on rain all day...not that it matters....just another day...just hate the colder days..and it’s only oct....

Breakfast is over...volcano route is on zwift today...so might just do a ride to get the movement...

Fully getting in to being more strict with no carbs...once I go to Walmart tomorrow...then I can buy more fat products...to change up my food menu...even though I’m happy eating what I am...keeping it simple seems to be working...

Getting to a point that I eat when I’m hungry...and not at a certain time like I once did...just so nice not to be on a schedule...

Welp...need to get up an move...make the bed...morning chores..lol...
