Its walmart day..good Monday morning...when I got up at 4am..was 55 outside...temp is falling..down to 51 now...weather channel is calling for freeze warnings tonight...guess I’m gonna have to face reality...colder weather is getting closer...

Gonna zwift later this morning..already know which hill I’m gonna ride up toda...called the ruins...for any that use zwift...keep building my legs...I did think about riding just a ride yesterday..but then got to thinking..more rest pass off..

Scales were down again this morning..but decided to just wait and make sure it’s gonna stick..

6am..breakfast is over...last of bpc is almost gone..taste so good..might have to have second cup...mmmmmm

Welp...gotta make the bed...covers all over the bed this morning..even though Fitbit said I slept great...

Off to get things done...keep calm..keto on...

I know colder places then here..body just takes forever to adjust....it likes them warmer temps

I am finding the adjustment different this year with the weight loss. No extra fat padding for insulation 🤔😂🤣

I like to ride the workouts on Zwift rather than just free ride. I like having intervals to make the time go by faster and know I am working on different things on different days. Building endurance or strength or sprint speed etc

Thought I'd be doing watipia today...but when I turned on zwift...innsbruck was the route...did 6 miles...250 in elevation..30 min ride...
