What a way to start my day..good Saturday morning...just did box hill on zwift..12.2 miles..682 in elevation..64 min...456 in calories...and I did it all burning the fat from my body..no carb intake since Thursday at 2 pm...I drank my electrolytes and some creatine...the energy to do the ride came from body fat...by the way I set 37 achievements as well...ride on

Yeap the endorphins are running wild..that happens when I do a ride..but looking back at the beast challenge that I did at one time..helped to allow me to also look at what I was eating...and it’s back to being motivated once again with a new plan

So far this week...1774 feet in elevation...but only 29.3 miles...and I’m ok with less miles...Imy plan is to strengthen my legs up..stronger legs more power to the peddles...and with the days being colder...great way to start the day...

Guess IL go in and change clothes...get breakfast in me...let my body burn it off as fast as I eat it..listen to my tummy as it says....he’s feeding me...mmm good...

Have a great Saturday...keep calm...and keto on..

After my zwift ride..made breakfast..actually seemed like I wasn’t as hungry as usual....more like my mind was saying you need to eat after a 17 hour fast and a zwift ride...but found it hard to get breakfast down...

Ty steven... doing the hills..I'm seeing improvements on zwift...over the last time I rode that hill..just makes doing the different hills more challenging...and the other side...stronger legs

Haha Mike, me too. I won't say I love hills, but for sure I do search them out on training/workout days.
