I actually ate well yesterday, then @PrincessValerie and I went to a late night party and stayed out until 1:00am and I went on a 'carb binge'. Going to bed at 9:00pm every night is perhaps the number one most effective thing that helps me control my weight.

Anyway, I'm not worried because the 5 day fast starts on Monday 😅

I will try to go for a 🤾🏾‍♂️ run today. Being full of carbs makes me feel bloated and sluggish. Tomorrow is my 🏋🏾‍♂️ weight lifting day and the last day I plan to 'carb up' for weeks.

Babe seriously...a can of tuna and a bag of protein chips is not a "carb binge" you are killing me :) At least we didn't stop at Taco Bell for our six pack of taco's like the old days! YAY US!

@adef - Don't you love how your perspective has changed if you now consider a can of tuna and bag of protein chips a carb binge. Stick with @PrincessValerie and the two of you will be the hottest couple and all of your friends will be in awe of how amazing the two of you are.

@Jenjabba - When I 'no solid food fast' I take in about 600 calories in heavy cream and protein powder (but less than 10 carbs a day). This is very 'easy' and in the past still have me a pound a day loss of I kept up with daily major exercise.

baked potato with lots of sour cream was a fav of mine. not counting my absolute favorite, ice cream.

@nikeit - I-can-not-wait for my fast to restart. I even ran 5 miles this afternoon. dropped three pounds in water weight. But, I have to lift weights tomorrow so no more running until Monday...
