Good Thursday morning...another hot humid day again...part of summer time in Illinois ...be nice to have a few days with no humidity...but don’t see that happening...just been staying in as much as possible...

Have you ever watched, "A Capital 4th," on TV? It always ends with a fantastic fireworks display.

Walked out on drive before humidity got unbearable...just a short movement...I’ve noticed my body is so sensivity to the change in weather...not sure of it’s the humidity that’s causing it or what it is..some days just seem to hurt more..then I once did...and next day might be totally without pain...

A sudden change in the barometric pressure can cause joint pain.

Well, my friend, you could always move west to the desert where it’s a “dry heat” the high is suppose to be 112 degrees, but now it’s a very tolerable 93 degrees. It’s the sun that is the killer here. Shade makes all the difference and evenings can be surprising comfortable. Heal up my friend.
