Good Friday morning...8.6 miles in 25 min on recumbent bike this morning...with heat outside been finding it hard to stay consistent with working out...along with therapy...I’ve been more tired in the afternoon...slept 9hours last night..woke up this morning alittle sore...put ice on it...no meds yet..hoping to get by until therapy time...

Been using putty in right hand to build strength...started with yellow..yesterday used orange..therapist said she thought I was ready for red color...I’ve also been able to figure out what to take and when..before therapy to be relaxed enough for them to move my arm...and not try an help...improvements...

Hot outside already...

Well gonna get up and make salad...have it done for later...had breakfast before workout...it’s already...talking to me again....to bad..burn them calories...lol

Sounds like you're on the mend Mike, awesome!! Hope you see steady progress in the weeks ahead!! PS, thnx again for prodding me to get the road bike...way more interesting and fun compared to the elliptical....also can't wait to see how the "new" legs work in ski season. I'll be joining you later on zwift too...already budgeted to get a good bike trainer later this summer.

Just came home from therapy....all kinds of energy...went out feed the weeds..the was needing some weed killer ...then shoveled some rock one handed..a challenge...but like anything...possible if you just think about it before you do it...had to quit...could only move so much...job security for another day...

Well Steven...when I ride on zwift...I’m on at 430am...like to ride ...ride out of bed while still on a fast....lol
