3am..58..feels like 56..goood thursday morning..in the 60s today..back into the 30s tomorrow..geez..and next week alot of rain they are saying..but who knows till it gets here...

scales arent working in my favor..but what little they are going up..isnt worth mentioning either..tenths of a pound..im thinking its showing in inches around the waist..i could tell yesterday when i was working on something..jeans were real loose around the waist..might get out the 38s an try em on..see if they are getting any closer to buttoning..last week when i had em on..they was close..but not close enough..so nice to have the next size down waiting in closet as a reward of course by time i get in them...will be warmer months on the way..thats usually way it works..i release enough weight..to wear new size in jeans an then before i can wear them..i put them away an drag out the short jeans..

cant decide if im gonna do a zwift ride this morning or not..got 71.4 miles in for the week..goal for the week is 80..should probably be taking it up to 90..since i been hitting 80 in almost 3-4 days..my monthly miles are 611 so far this month..need 924 by end of month..not sure if im gonna make it since i didnt get as many miles when computer was in shop an i wasnt riding that many miles last week..it is what it is..im sure next month it will average out..

made a hamburger/riced cauliflower/onion/mozz cheese cassaroll yesterday..so be eating on that again today..mabye even tomorrow..less we stick part of it in freezer..for later..

well..wish i could decide if i was gonna ride or not..kinda want to take the day off an rest..kinda want to ride an get the miles in..decisions decisions..not woke up yet..didnt sleep that good last night...pulled back alittle out os wack yesterday..so was up an down last night on heating pad..just trying to get it to ease up so i could get some sleep..its feeling much better this morning..sometimes things need to be done..but no one to ask..just do it an pay for it later..when you remember your not as young as you use to be..

well gonna get up an make the coffee..try an decide if im gonna get a ride in or just sit an relax this morning...lol..does feel goood in recliner..

Couldnt find your post this morning, had to go to "who I'm stalking list" to find it lol well worth it, great inspiration hope your back eases up, muscles? The first walk yesterday started with hip pain was hesitant but walked it off. Second walk no pain at all. Have a great day Mike!

65 outside today...couldnt pass up outside ride...8.6 milrs...41 min...wind 16mph...it was worth it..

78 degrees here in SC, two walks totaling 8765 steps! Not bad for an old lady lol We were cooking collards and George says hurry up I want to for a walk. Who is this man? Lol Good nite Mike hope that back heals!

when i first started riding a road bike gaelicgal..had no idea i would enjoy riding as much as i do...that was 4 years ago..i love riding now..great workout..

peasy3..if i had to ride or workout after i got off work...i wouldnt be able to get er done...for me..best time to get ride/workout is first thing in morning..but each of us are different..just gotta find the time...

Yea, I don't really have a choice. I have to get up at 5:00 am and don't get home until after 6:00 pm. Plus, I have long hair, so an early morning workout is a no go too. I have just made it a habit to do an in-door workout when I get home and enjoy the great outdoors on the weekends, with a long run.

65 nice!!!! Unfortunately our winter is over on Florida, we are back up in the high 80's during the day, in 3+ years when I retire from the county, cannot wait to get in state with 4 seasons!!!
