THE BREADSTICK/PIZZA LINK..good morning.. here is the breadsticks that taste like pizza link... http://jodirund.com/amazing-low-carb-pizza-and-breadsticks-using-carrots/ ... its my nutritionists sisters site.. no i havent made any... sister said she wasnt crazy about them ..so no since in making them just for me..

took off yesterday an was just down right lazy..walked past fitness room an didnt even think about getting on bike to train..kept consistent with eating since i wasnt gonna burn off any extra ..did make up my cheese its for the week or until i get close to being out..today george is comin by to get chicken prepped for the week to go in salads..just so much easier to prep one day an have it set in fridge for rest of the week..

todays plan is to ride sometime today..get my ride in an back into peddling them miles..another cool day here..so glad i got my bike set up on trainer so i can keep in a workout plan of some kind..lest il be all preped once it turns off nice enough to ride outside this spring/summer..looking forward to some outside time on bike..just a different workout that adds umph to the morning ride..

tomarrow is my sisters birthday..layin hamburgers out to thaw today as well..george is gonna join celebration..

WELL..ITS 430AM...gonna go an weigh in one more time..thinkin today might be my clean cheat after i ride..that way i can burn off the extra carbs while i sleep tonight..

HAVE A GREAT DAY..KEEP IT MOVIN..cant release the weight if your not up an moving thru out the day...
