A DAY OFF AGAIN..good monday mornin..woke up later then usual..guess i needed the sleep..need to prep up some cheese its today..supply is running low an dont want to run outta them..not sure what else there is to prep for the week..im sure chicken me an sister use in salads is getting close to being gone..and will be callin george to be the griller ..

did a 13 mile ride yesterday on zwift..ended up with 73 miles for the week..riding a trainer an riding outside is definitely a different peddling workout..so im hopin when i finally do start going outside that i notice an improvement in both power an speed..its probably been nice enough with it being in the 50s here last couple of days..but just so windy..i didnt think it was quite time to unhook from the trainer an venture out just yet..

sister has a birthday on wednesday..thats all i can say..she is on fs and mum is the word..i did get her to start using the food menu on fs..instead of writing it all out..she was amazed at how easy it was once you get your food into the menu..another learning process in eating healthier..but one thats worth it..

WELL...MIND IS CLEAR...OUTTA THOUGHTS FOR JOURNAL TODAY...might be the fact that the tea latte is gone..lol...HAVE A GREAT DAY...
