BIRTHDAY CAKE JUST ARRIVED...goood morning..544am..nutritionists just brought sisters birthday cake to the door an i sneeked into the kitchen..sister is still asleep hopefully..cake is macro made..didnt look on cake to see the numbers but sure it was made that way..only 6 pieces..an thats plenty..

george is stoppin in afterwhile so we can prep chicken breasts ahead for the week..didnt get em done yesterday..still have chicken in fridge..so wanted to work that out first..after chicken..let george take a shower an then..be about time for lunch an hamburgers...glad its inside cookin...only 36 with wind chill of 30 outside right now an the high is just 40s...so glad its inside cooking...

did 2 rides yesterday..

14.0 miles..52 min

was hopin for a loss this morning..but..body is still hangin on to weight..guess its comin off in inches..been at same weight for last 4 days...did a clean reboot yesterday since i rode so much..thinking it would do alot of burning last night..even went to bed at 630 pm..just to tired to try an find a comfy spot in recliner..slept till 230am..guess i was wore out..went back to bed an got up at 330am..ready to rock an roll..just looked at phone..guess it was 6pm when i went to bed last night..i know i was runnin on fumes..

well tea latte is gone...breakfast is callin my name..almost 6am here..

HAVE A GREAT HUMPTY HUMP DAY...stick with a plan an be consistent..its gonna pay off in the long run..
