A SLIGHT PROBLEM...goood friday morning...well depends on how you look at it i guess...i have these summer shorts in closet that usually i cant get in them until the end of sept..an its to late to wear them all that much by then..was thinking last night id try on clothes just to see...turns out its winter an the shorts not only fit..but..they are saggy in the butt area...means by spring..i will be unable to wear them cause they will all be to baggy...and i always likeed that one pair..an only got to wear them a few times..

rode on trainer yesterday but just wasnt in the mood..was tired..so didnt get as many miles in as i would of liked..todays plan is to take the day off..less i get bored..and that does happen on my days off from time to time..

weight is up slightly this morning..but not to worried about it..figured its just a rebound from the big loss i showed yesterday..a correction of the body to catch up with itself..if clothes are baggy cant be all bad..

been adding food into sisters fs account on her computer so that it breaks it down for her..told her if she can see the numbers then she can tweak it here an there an do better to hit her macros..and also the numbers the nutritionist gave her as a reference point...my numbers are off a ways but my pie chart at bottom is really close to what she told me to try an hit..

well first cup of tea latte is gone..tummy must be sleepin..its not rumblin...feeling like its gonna be a lazy day today..might be one of them mornings where i fall asleep in chair once electric throw gets me warm..

WELL...HAVE A GREAT DAY...NOT TO LATE TO GET WITH A PLAN AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS IT HAS TO OFFER IN THE SPRING...

in back of my mind im thinkin about the food loss programs...not to late to order _______ name brand eating program an see results...what a racket they have going..and really its like any other product...do your home work..not the product that causes you to release the weight...ITS YOU TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU ACTIONS...

Way to go on the baggy clothese, WBH. Shame about them being your favourite pair but it's better to be too slim to get into them. I need to buy some new tops for my trips abroad. Guess the charity shops will be getting my old ones soon 🙂

Oh yes, I buy cheap clothes too, WBH. The more expensive ones can wait until I'm at goal!

I like the idea of buying the less expensive clothes until you get firmly planted into your goal size/weight.

What a great idea ... about the cheaper clothes. I know how you feel about not getting into favorite clothing items. But it is also a great thing when they are too big!!!!! It's fabulous!!

I bought myself a couple of items after 20 pounds loss - holding off til I hit another 20 before getting much more!

If there is a larger Goodwill store near you, sometimes they have new or nearly new clothes at great prices. I've purchased things there several times for the in-between stages of my weight loss. That way, I don't feel so guilty about spending money on clothes that I shouldn't be wearing all that long. I'm saving up already to get a new wardrobe once I'm at goal weight.
