My goal is to weigh 125 or so, and to build up some muscle with strength training too. I am female, 5 feet 3 -1/2 inches tall. I want to be in great shape for the rest of my life.

Joined a gym and work out with a friend once or twice a week, also do contradancing which is a lot like square dancing two or three times a week.

Update February 2019: Stalled forever, still at 160-something. Working on it, though, each day in some way or another. My fitbit says my daily calorie burn is 1650 so I must be eating that much without realizing.

How do I see old entries?
There isn't one that can be done on the screen, however you can download pdf from months that will summarize the calories and average them per day

I don't use the app but the desktop version has a feature called My Cookbook that does the summing and division

Can you get some small weights and start lifting weights? Muscle burns calories while we are sitting so that could be a little extra for you.
