January 2021: current BF is 33%. LBM is 105. The new goal for 2021 is to get down to 20-25% BF. Maintaining LBM will be key, and involves strength training to keep the muscles I have, maybe build a little bit more.

Rapid Fat Loss protocol for me:
Protein at 60 g/day
Carbs at about 60 g
Carbs: Once a week refeed 170 grams of carbs
Fat at 30 g no added
Free day 1x/week
Average per 7 days: 850

It's a hard diet to follow but limited to max 6 weeks at a time and would average a pound loss per week if I could stick to it - adding 200 calories exercise each day would balance out the extra that I am managing to eat. Maybe that will motivate me?

I feel like I've been here a MILLION times
Just a quick thought: what I have read is that there is no such thing as willpower. We have habits that get reinforced and if we change them we change our lives. Like, today instead of driving over to the pizza shop and trying to get a salad and resist the steak tips with fries, I walked over to the gas station and got one of their premade sandwiches. I knew that I would only have a couple of choices there and no fries. So I saved myself hundreds of calories by planning to avoid my bad habit. You can do it!

entering macros for recipe
You can add a custom food from your food log page - lower right side. You should be able to just add the name and the macros and the addition will show up on your custom food page as whatever you name it.

Prepared Meal Plan
Hi Ken! you can go to your food page and add a custom food. You add the name and macros and it will then be listed on the right of the food page as a custom food. Also, if you load it once on a day you can copy it exactly the next day.

Can't figure out how to track
The RDI is basically a guess that Fatsecret makes about your base metabolism based on your height. You can set that RDI at anything you want so it only adjusts if you adjust it. You track intake and outgo separately. There is a list on the calendar page that lets you compare the intake and outgo side by side, but one does not reduce the other. When you log exercise, it does not change anything on your food page.

What are your goals? Generally 30% calories to protein is a decent amount.
