WHAT CAN I SAY..goood morning...what can i say..another day ..another ride an workout over with..one more later today..
THIS YEAR 1,366 / 1,400 mi ...miles as of right now...
eyes are starting to pop open..and finding out its 38 outside with a wind chill of 31..brrr..like i said yesterday..i dont miss them morning rides an having to dress in 2 or 3 layers just to do get a morning workout in..when my sister was talking about wanting the recumbent bike i tried to talk her out of it..cause i know from past experience how it is to have equipement in the house..for the first 2-3 months its great..then you miss a few days..then weeks..then you look at machine an its collecting dust, an what ever else you can hang on it...but so far with the bike..we both have been putting it thru its paces..even after she goes to the gym in the mornings..she does 2 more workouts on the bike here..so hope we both continue using it..
the recumbant bike is a different workout in that the peddles arent under you like a normal bike would be..you have your legs stretched out...not the way i would always want to ride..but for now..no choice if i want to keep moving my legs an sweating...lol..
-- 430am ride 14 top speed 13 ave speed 48 min
-- 930am another ride over with... 7.3 miles 15 top speed 14 ave speed 31 min -- 330pm 10.10 miles 43 min -- well..first green tea latte is gone..getting close to 6am..time to fix breakfast an see whats new in the world..have a great day everyone...if you havent already got a healthy habit started..nows a good time to reinforce what you plan to achieve next year....

Yes Wannabehealthier! I agree, why wait till the new year to start? Ahh, the infinite possibilities! I picture myself hiking in the mountains. In 2017 I'll hike up Mount Greylock for the first time. I'm getting myself in shape to arrive at the summit via one of the difficult trails. I do love a challenge. As for you my buddy, I know you will surpass your 1,400 mi mark. Here's to health and greatness!!!!

You have inspired me. Those 2 words 'infinite possibilities' motivates me to act upon the different goals I am going to achieve. I will leave Titus home with the boys. LOL I like being alone in the woods. That's why I chose the difficult trail. Less people. Better to connect with nature that way. Wannabehealthier, We are unstoppable!!

setting a goal..seeing it on the fridge..on the computer..on a table each and everday..is a way of succeeding in hitting your goals..setting small goals is easier to accomplish..once you hit your goal ..add to it to achieve the next one...
