THIS YEAR -- 1,384 / 1,400 miles ..goood morning..so starts another day..havent been on bike yet..but by time you read this il have 10 miles.. and then do the other 6 or more before lunch..just 16 miles an i hit my goal for miles this year..i have to say..ive rode more miles in 3 days just trying to hit my goal then i usually ride in 4-5..was under the crunch..my weekly goal is 85 miles..this week at the moment im at 72..an with todays ride..will be well past my weekly goal..

i enjoy riding ..its my alone time..my thinkin time..my working out any problems or whatever is bothering me time..my getting my head on straight time..we all need the alone time..a time to sit down and just make time for ourselves to meditate..now adays its not that we dont have the time..most of us have forgotten how to take time out of a busy day to just sit down for 5-10 and meditate..i took time yesterday right before lunch..an set in recliner an took a 30 minute power nap..after wakin up.. i thought well il just listen to a couple of mp3s that ive been listening to..and i really dont know where the energy level came from but at 330pm..i was riding once again for another 10 miles..

today i plan on making more time to meditate..take the time to sit an meditate..felt so good yesterday ..my biggest problem when i meditate..i usually fall asleep..just have to learn not to get that relaxed..well time is passing by an its almost 5am..want to get my first 10 recorded..an eat breakfast..get this day started out right..
