wakin up to 49 and partly cloudy this morning with rain on the way... good mornin...just looked at radar...might be rainin at 10..hope not but will just have to see...weight is releasing nicely...but gonna wait till end of the week to record it...might show a bigger drop...time will tell...by doing the beast mode an not eating till after my ride...its kinda workin better that way...i do my morning ride..then come in an have my meal..an burn it back off as soon as i eat or shortly after...so really its workin nicely for me...i was on the scale last night before bed..an i had lost 1 lb....from what i weighed in at from that morning...so...should be looking good by the next weigh in...if i can stick to the plan...ahhhh...stickin to the plan...if only it was that easy...even though the house has been decluttered from any and all foods i dont eat on a regular basis...somehow when im at walmart food just happens to jump in cart an i bring it home...an really its not about avoiding everything...its all about portion sizes...an trying to stick with what you can eat an not gain back what you have worked so hard to get off...
