Much better day yesterday and I feel better this morning. Most of the carb hangover is gone. Did some retail therapy yesterday and found another one of those scales operated by a quarter so of course I had to give it a go. Bam! Down 15 pounds, now I know this is simply not possible in the 3 weeks since I last invested a quarter in another one of those machines. But I figure maybe 5 lbs to account for lighter weight clothes and 5 lbs for variation in accuracy of the machine, leaves a possible 5 lb weight loss??? I can hope! Bought a pair of Bermuda shorts in a size 16!!! They're tight, but they zip without laying on the bed! I was a 24 when I started on my journey. Most of the stuff that I'm wearing are 18's, but this was good for the ego!
