A good day yesterday. A little over on carbs but not bad. Got in lots of walking in the surf and even got in some running!!! Okay, more like jogging, okay pretty slow jogging, but I think the last time I ran I was trying to catch a runaway 2 year old nephew. He graduated high school last spring! I ordered the beef fajita without rice instead of the all you can eat fried fish and fried shrimp special. Only ate a small piece of the tortilla. Have I mentioned how delightful the homemade tortillas are down here in south Texas?? Brought the rest home and DH used it to make a breakfast burrito this morning. Beach day today.
