Today I’m trying something different……eating breakfast lunch and dinner and maybe a snack. I have been on intermittent fasting for two years and it worked in the beginning but not now so I’m going to change it up a bit. I will do this for 1 month and see what happens. I have been eating more carbs and I know it’s one of the causes of not losing weight, but I have been either on the treadmill or walking everyday and still no results I’m getting upset with myself, but I will never give up.

May be worth counting the calories if you've already tried cutting back carbs again and if it's not water retention. If IF doesn't work anymore then there must be some calories somewhere sneaking up on you...
