Anjika is a spice rub from Georgia (Asia) moops😋 Similar to berbere is many ways.

@breco .. Since my gas grill is dying - only 2 of 4 burners working - I use hardwood (alder & maple) - over the burners to create flamed heat & charcols. I cook over this and allow the wood flames 🔥 to "kiss“ 💋 the protein. Cheaper & tastier than buying a new grill 😁

My pleasure breco. FYI: for smoking fish/brisket I use the same process but only turn the far right burner on low & put the proteins on the left side of the grill. After 1-2 hours, I finish in the oven at btw 170-205F depending on protein. Seems to work ok. Enjoy!!
