I have 26er of Southern Comfort in the cupboard .... I do not drink a lot of alcohol but ... there are moments and I thing of it sometimes ... but still it sits there. There are 70 calories in 1 shot of Southern Comfort Southern Comfort. Maybe I could work that into my food plan.
