I weigh myself daily, sometimes multiple times a day, but don't post it here. I got absolutely frustrated with all the reactions because I didn't want reassurance or sympathy about fluctuations.

I didn't know if that's cheating or not 🤣 but that's what I do. No point in getting speeches or other shit when you go up .3 or down .4! I record losses that's what we're here for anyways🙂 Sometimes I get stuck for a while but then it's all the better when you finally do post. Losing weight is so crazy the days I think I'm going to gain... I drop and vice versa. Today is Chloe's birthday party... I'll be posting pics at some point👸 Have a great rest of the weekend!

I like having the record for future reference so I always post my morning weigh in. I also weigh before bed, that I don't post. Those of us that know you understand your weight has been fluctuating but overall pretty steady in a range. I usually only comment if it 's a new low. I know how you hate "conversation" about it 😊

Yeah- I am up about 15-20 pounds since March. I need to do this privately for a bit. Something is wrong with me and the sharing of everything on FS isn't helping. I need to just get some control. I love to weigh- including when I pee in the middle of the night. I love the record of it too and I have it on a piece of paper. :)

You should set up another account and keep it private and track food and weight for yourself. Use this account to express your thoughts. Sometimes I think people enable others by saying things like"its ok it happens to everyone", "me too". If you are unhappy with your progress you do not need people telling you how good you look. Some people would do better if we spoke up and said "wtf are you doing you are going backwards!". No doubt you will turn this around. Stay well and healthy!!!

My weight goes up and down quite a lot. I could have a really bad day and be whatever in the moment, but I know if I do not get up on my feet and start fresh I know it'll do better from there. You got this and do not fret

In my case it keeps me motivated to do better right away, not tomorrow, not next week. I try not to stress too much because I know my weight fluctuates every day depending on what I ate.

You can always send me your numbers daily and will alternately scold or praise as needed. 😁 ❤️ Hahah! You do what is best for you! Keep at that plan, or... change your mind five minutes from now should you so choose you don't like it! All good! 😁
