alright guys! Me and a few friends are entering a BMI challenge. I need help motivating me. what keeps you going? What drives you to not just diet but make life style changes?

Hard to say - right now I'm focused on just feeling better, 'cause once again the scale is being a yo-yo (angry face!). But I do feel stronger & my clothes fit better, plus I know the body fat% is slightly down, so CELEBRATE!!!

I want to have energy to do all the activity I enjoy - gym workouts, kayaking, bicycling, walking the beach... Gotta keep moving it so you don't lose the mobility

I just ran up and down my stairs at work without pain in my knees and ankles. That made be bypass the donuts in the breakroom today.
