okay officially entering in my post delivery weight. ouch! but starting March 1st I have healed enough and it's time for this new mommy to invest in herself again. I'm starting to get a routine with the baby and can start working in work outs and eating better. let's get this ball rolling.
313.0 lb Lost so far: 124.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Don’t forget, they grow up. I used to have a co-worker who loved babies but kids, teenagers? Not so much. She became a foster mom to babies up to 1 year. She was wonderful with them and it worked for her.

I'm excited to start back on my weight loss journey but I'm also so sad I gained so much during pregnancy. It's a little discouraging.
