Fasting a.m. blood sugar 165; weight 166.2 Plan: continue Diet Dr. 5 week keto challenge/IF/exercise Skipped breakfast. Lunch: Keto crock pot BBQ chicken (Delicious!!) Stir fry veggies, Keto blueberry cobbler. one tiny oven roasted potato. Supper: same except no potato, but 3 bites of Christmas fruitcake. Made veggie soup out of broth left in crock pot, will eat tomorrow for lunch. I am stalled here in the middle of 166 lbs. May have to do another egg fast if the 5 week keto challenge doesn't get the scales moving down. I really do like eggs and the egg fast helps me lose faster. However, I get tired of eggs, eggs, eggs very quickly. Macros 31/48/21; calories 972; fiber 13.2; net carbs 64.89; net kcals -1241.
