Fasting a.m. blood sugar 134; weight 167.2 Plan: Diet Dr. 5 week keto challenge/IF/exercise Skipped breakfast. Lunch: cabbage and leftover BBQ chicken with leftover oriental stir fry made into soup. (Added cheddar jack cheese and sour cream to soup.) Leftover Keto blueberry cobbler. Supper was more soup, Hilshire oven roasted turkey, and cheese stick. Started on my garden today! I planted onions in one grow-box on the front porch railing and spinach in the box on the other railing. Hank better not climb into those boxes if he knows what's good for him! Planted lettuce seeds in peat pots on back porch. So happy to be back working on my favorite hobby! Rode exercise bike 40 minutes and plan arm exercises with weights.
