Thx moops, Mermee, Petra, sandy, freetime, Erq, ocean_girl 😊 @moops: The deep red color was from red wine, tomato paste & dark mushroom soy sauce. And Mermee, this was mash of Beef Burgundy and a Lamb Plum Tangine I make. Twi secret ingredients were star anise and pomegranate molossaes which paired beautifully with the dark cherry and plum, silky tannins and hints of anise in this "Shameless" cab. 😋🍷❣️❣️❣️💙

In a glass or your glass Cynthia? 🤔🍷 It was very deep-colored cab and I did not use it for cooking. Too precious & yum. Cooked with 1/2 bottle of chianti instead.
