Just about ate all the junk food in the house, yesterday I threw the last of the cookies to the birds. I'm still struggling to stay on track, but today is a new day, and I'm still here! 🏡🎄

you can do it. Good for you for throwing it out, rather than "just eating this last little bit" (which is what I usually do, darn it, when I allow treats in the house.)

Have a great weekend! Staying away from sweets for over a month and I no longer grave them. Had a donut the other day and didn’t feel well. Hope you can get to that point where you just don’t want it. Beyond that, enjoy life!!!🌺

I decided to eat chocolate milk yesterday and ended up with a sore stomach. Fasting works much better for me.
