On the left, I was 183 lbs with 33% Body Fat in 2018; and on the right, taken 3 days ago, I was 163 lbs with 23% Body Fat. Two years may be a small window, but a lot can happen! Never give up and always keep going, even if mistakes were made. 💪😁
