You look great! Thanks for checking-in, I was worried because we had not heard from you :) - I'm just trying to get through these next few days. Eating to deal with the emotions (sigh). This too shall pass... 

I agree. looking great.  

Playing is my favorite exercise. 

I like that it's so true grown ups are always so stressed we forget life can be fun  

I use to read that Comic Strip everyday. Loved the little character!!

Thanks all. Nice to see so many friends of Calvin and Hobbes. I look at those cartoons daily. My eating is marginally better now. Amounts have come down some. I am happy about the time I have put in exercising... if I did not burn as much as I do I would have put far more weight... Today we will have our last nice day before it gets wintery so out and about it is 

haha

I really thought you were posting a pic of your daughter or something because you said in your bio you’re in your late fifties. Whaaaaat!?!?! You look fantastic! Toned, slim & mighty youthful!  

It her room...LOL. It looks very young person like. And yes I am in my late fifties. It is a weird age 

I hadn't even noticed the room... 😂 

She apparently moved out but also left a lot of stuff...not sure what it means?

Yup Melissa... probably daily workouts. But such an important part of overall health, I think. And thanks!
