Surgery on Monday.
I’ll be readjusting calories as I won’t be able to move too much for a couple of weeks. This surgery will remove the excess skin from upper stomach. (Fluer-De-Lis
Abdominoplasty). It was pretty awesome when I went to the pre-op appointment that both doctors said they’d be able to remove the skin but also it would remove the stretch marks from pregnancy. They also said I was fit. (That was nice to hear!) This is not an easy way out. I have and still work out hard and because of old scars and such it won’t go away on its own.
I did take before pictures. I might post after my full recovery to show the difference. Might not. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Might get blocked by a lot of folks showing that stuff.😂🤣
Big downside..
I will be able to walk on treadmill in a week or two but won’t be able to do upper body exercises. I can walk the day after for a few minutes at a time but no regular interval sessions for 6 weeks.
