My weight went up about 5-7#. I knew most of it was water and I’m slowly losing it. Down about 3.5# from when I visited the dr last week. After seeing Diablo’s post of his back I wondered if I’d gotten more definition or not. Seems so! Some of the weight gain went to a bit of fat on the upper back and some bigger muscles. I think cable rows, pull ups and all the benches we do are surely helping!

Thanks guys! I truly appreciate it! I’m thinking all the bench work is working my back more than anything else. I don’t feel any difference in the chest muscles and the arms are staying about the same.

You look great! You can exercise muscle but not fat. Low carbs (<20g/day) force weight loss by burning fat.

Jason, tried low carb and it didn’t work for us. Too restrictive then I’d want to binge plus didn’t lose weight any faster than CICO so I stick with that and flexible dieting now.

Chris, I’ve got 3 complete and almost on the 4th one day. If I take off 1/3 of my weight on the assisted I can do 3 sets of 8 lol. Getting there! Maybe by summer. Hubby gets annoyed because I constantly insist on doing a couple anytime we walk by the thing. Sometimes I go out of my way to walk by it and do a couple ;).

Peeper, it takes a lot of practice. I had no idea until I tried to duplicate my left arm back flex with my right. I felt so gimpy, lol. Still looks funny to me.
